Genie’s Meal Plans: From Genie Francis’ Medifast Blog   affiliate disclosure

One of the hardest parts of losing weight is figuring out what to eat. The great thing about Medifast is that we don’t really have that problem. The meals are so easy to make, but there is still some planning that needs to go into it.

That’s where this section comes in! I’ll be posting some daily meal plans featuring my favorite Medifast and Lean & Green Meals.

Day 1:

Medifast Meal 1:
Medifast French Vanilla Shake (mixed with 8 oz of black coffee; hot or served on ice for a cool start to the morning)

Medifast Meal 2:
Medifast Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

Medifast Meal 3:
Medifast Chicken & Wild Rice Soup

Medifast Meal 4:
Medifast Caramel Nut Bar

Lean & Green Meal:
7 oz. steamed Maine lobster served with
1 cup sautéed zucchini (with a touch of basil)
½ cup marinated tomato salad

Medifast Meal 5:
Medifast Banana Pudding (frozen)

Day 2:

Medifast Meal 1:
Medifast Scrambled Eggs

Medifast Meal 2:
Medifast Chai Latte

Medifast Meal 3:
Medifast Beef Vegetable Stew

Medifast Meal 4:
Medifast Dutch Chocolate Shake (mixed with ½ cup water and ½ cup ice and blended)

Lean and Green:
5 oz. salmon sashimi, served over 1-½ cups julienne cucumber strips

Medifast Meal 5:
Medifast Raspberry Iced Tea

Day 3:

Medifast Meal 1:
Medifast Hot Cocoa

Lean & Green Meal:
Greek Omelet (made with 2 whole eggs; 4 egg whites; 1 cup diced, multi-colored bell pepper; ½ cup spinach; 10 green olives)

Medifast Meal 2:
Medifast Strawberry Crème Shake

Medifast Meal 3:
Medifast Oatmeal Raisin Bar

Medifast Meal 4:
Medifast Maryland Crab Soup

Medifast Meal 5:
Medifast Orange Crème Shake (frozen, to taste like orange sherbert!)

Day 4:

Medifast Meal 1:
Medifast Blueberry Oatmeal

Medifast Meal 2:
Medifast Banana Crème Shake

Lean & Green Meal:
6 oz. grilled chicken breast, stuffed with ½ cup mixed spinach and bell peppers
Plus salad:
1 cup Romaine lettuce
½ cup mixed cucumbers and tomatoes
2 tablespoons Newman’s Own Balsamic Vinaigrette

Medifast Meal 3:
Medifast Cranberry Mango Drink (mixed with 8 oz unsweetened iced tea)

Medifast Meal 4:
Medifast Ready-to-Drink French Vanilla Shake

Medifast Meal 5:
Medifast Caramel Nut Bar

Day 5:

Medifast Meal 1:
Medifast Cappuccino

Medifast Meal 2:
Medifast Fruit & Nut Granola Bar

Medifast Meal 3:
Medifast Homestyle Chili (with a dash of chili powder and Tabasco® sauce)

Medifast Meal 4:
Medifast Peach Iced Tea

Lean & Green Meal:
5 oz. turkey burger, served between iceberg lettuce “bun” (uses 1 cup total, approximately 1-½”-thick cut across head of iceberg)
½ cup tomato slices (to put on burger)
½ cup steamed green beans
