My Diet Review (Medifast)

Medifast has literally changed my life.  Inspired by one of my favorite actresses, Genie Francis, I’ve lost almost 80 pounds and am down to a size 6. I’ve not stuck with or had long term success on a diet in over 20 years. Yes, there is a slight adjustment period at first, but once you begin to see the results, it gets much easier.  I will never look back and I will never go back to the way that I was - not comfortable with the way I looked or felt about myself.  I look like a completely different person and my life has completely changed.  This is more than weight loss.  It is a whole new way to look at food and your life.  I am not the same person physically, but I am miles away from where I was mentally - and I am so grateful.
